FAQ’S
My order is marked as “Pending”- What does this mean?
Orders that have been marked as “pending” have been placed and are awaiting fulfilment. Orders will receive a fulfilment email with a tracking number once the order has been completed- most orders are completed within 1-3 business days, however some orders may take a little bit longer depending on the size and the products that have been ordered. All pieces are handmade and packaged by me, so as one person I can get a bit overwhelmed in busy periods- however I try my hardest to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
Do you ship worldwide?

Australian Orders:
With standard shipping, should take between 3-6 business days.
If your order needs to be delivered quickly, please consider upgrading to Express Post.
International Orders:
NZ: standard shipping should take between 4-7 business days.
UK: standard shipping should take between 4-7 business days.
USA: standard shipping should take between 5-9 business days.

IS MY JEWELLERY WATERPROOF?
Yes! As a fellow waterbaby, I make sure that all of my pieces can be worn in the water. All of my findings are either stainless steel (hypoallergenic), .925 sterling silver, or gold plated - the item description will state which material is used.
However if you want your pieces to last, it is recommended that you take your jewellery off before entering the water (especially in the pool, and even in the shower). If you do wear your pieces in the ocean, wash them immediately afterwards with freshwater.
Additionally, remove your jewellery before applying perfumes, lotions and creams, and before doing exercise- the chemicals found in these compounds as well as the chemicals in your sweat can aid in tarnishing your jewellery.

Why are your shark teeth not white?
All of the shark teeth used in our pieces are fossilised, which means no shark was harmed- they were not sourced from fishermen or fisheries.
